Do my customers need to download an app?+

No. Customers join from a link, add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and that's it. No app to install on either side.

How do customers join my loyalty program?+

Share your café's join link or print its QR code. Customers enter their first name and phone, then save the wallet pass you generate for them.

Can I customize the card?+

Yes. Set your brand colour, logo, reward threshold, and whether it's a stamp card or a points balance. Your branding themes the join page too.

Can I reward customers on their birthday?+

Yes. Customers can add their birthday when they join, and Retriever drops a bonus on their card automatically on the day. No reminders for you to set.

How does billing work in Nepal?+

Pro is NPR 1,500 per month. Pro Max is NPR 3,000 per month. You can pay locally by eSewa, Khalti or cash, and Retriever Labs can activate your café after payment or with a promo code.
