Retriever is priced for Nepal first. Pro is NPR 1,500 per month; Pro Max is NPR 3,000 per month.

Activating your café

Stripe does not operate in Nepal, so cafés here pay locally - eSewa, Khalti, cash or bank transfer - and Retriever Labs switches the café on once payment lands. You can see the state of that at Dashboard → Account → Plan and billing.

Compare plans

Open Dashboard pricing to compare Pro and Pro Max in the dashboard theme. Pro Max includes everything in Pro, plus up to 3 branches, branch teams, branch posters, manager dashboards, leaderboards, staff activity reports and movement insight.

Managing local billing

From Plan and billingyou can see your current plan and local billing status. If you cancel, your loyalty program keeps working until the period you've paid for ends.

Want to stop entirely and delete your data? Closures go through our support team so nothing is wiped by accident - contact us from the dashboardand we'll confirm it with you.
