How Pro, Pro Max, local billing, promo codes, upgrades, and cancelling work.

Retriever is priced for Nepal first. Pro is NPR 1,500 per month; Pro Max is NPR 3,000 per month.

Activating billing

Nepal accounts can be activated locally by Retriever Labs or with a promo code from Dashboard → Account → Plan and billing. Pro Max includes up to 3 branches.

Compare plans

Open Dashboard pricing to compare Pro and Pro Max in the dashboard theme. Pro Max includes everything in Pro, plus branch teams, branch posters, manager dashboards, leaderboards, staff activity reports and movement insight.

Managing local billing

From Plan and billingyou can see your current plan and local billing status. If you cancel, your loyalty program keeps working until the period you've paid for ends.

Closing your café

Want to stop entirely and delete your data? Closures go through our support team so nothing is wiped by accident - contact us from the dashboardand we'll confirm it with you.
