How branches work, why scanners are branch-specific, and how branch posters share one loyalty program.

Branches affect operations and analytics, not the customer's loyalty experience. A customer has one wallet pass and one shared balance across your brand.

One customer, one shared balance

Customers can earn at one branch and redeem at another. Their wallet pass does not split balances by branch, so the experience stays simple.

Why each branch has a scanner

Each branch scanner awards the same shared customer balance, but records which location handled the scan. That powers staff activity, branch leaderboards, manager dashboards and movement insight.

Branch posters

Open Branches → Branch posters. Use the reward line box for the text printed under the QR, then use the Join QR controls to preview or download the selected branch poster. The QR uses the same brand join link, while the poster can show each branch's name and address.

Pro vs Pro Max

Pro includes one location. Pro Max includes up to 3 branches, branch managers, up to 15 staff logins, branch leaderboard, staff activity reports and customer movement insight. Extra branches can become an add-on later.
