Growing your loyalty program

The more members you have, the more repeat visits. Here's how to grow your card.

Share your join link

Every café has a join link (retrieverlabs.net/join/your-café). Put it in your Instagram bio, your Google listing, and any order-confirmation emails.

Print the QR

Open Branches → Branch posters to download a poster. Customers still join the same brand-wide program, but each poster can show the branch name and address.

Sign people up at the till

No pass yet and in a hurry? Staff can add a stamp by phone number from the scanner, so a customer joins now and installs the pass later from the same link.

Make the reward worth it

Pick a threshold that feels reachable in Card design- a reward that takes 30 visits won't motivate anyone. Many cafés land around 8–10.
