How it works
Type your message and send. It appears as an update on the customer's Apple or Google Wallet pass. Keep it short and specific, e.g. "2-for-1 lattes today till 3pm".
Good to know
It reaches members who installed the pass and allow updates - not those who only use the web card.
You can send one broadcast every 7 days, so make each one count.
Wallet updates can take a few minutes to land; it isn't instant like a text.
